Cardiff Half Marathon Sunday 5th October. At 9AM (ouch) tomorrow morning, Cardiff Castle provides the beautiful back drop to the start of the Cardiff Half Marathon And, Natasha and Tara will be setting off on their joint personal challenge to conquer this half marathon run. Natasha told us earlier today that she is feeling very nervous. The ladies are not exercise fans so this really will be a challenge for them!! Natasha and Tara are raising sponsorship for AMMF in memory of Lizzie Dellow who sadly died of cholangiocarcinoma in January 2013, only 7 months after diagnosis. You both have our sincere thanks for choosing to support AMMF, in Lizzies memory. Everyone at AMMF send our very best wishes and we are sure the crowds and atmosphere on the day will help get you to the finish line.... For the now traditional photo - with medals - what an incentive :0).
