Currently, we have the following openings as listed below, in case you or any of your acquaintances are interested to apply, please send your resume in MS Word Format to Careers @ Clever Cues. 1 – Product Manager 2 – Product Test Engineer 3 – Software Developer 4 – User Experience Architect/ Web Design Head 5 – Web Designer/Developer 6 - Junior Accountant 7 - Financial/ Senior Accountant 8 - HR Manager 1 – Product Manager (1 Position) 2-4 years of experience in Product Management/ Business Analysis Understand the customer and their business requirements Product Planning (Features, Functionality, Flowcharts, Wireframes/ Prototype/ PoC, UI+UX) Work with team of Designers and Developers to build the Product Prepare functional and non-functional specifications document for Development team coding Research on competitors website (Idea Generation, Screening, Concept Development, Market Strategies) Identify target user segment through data analysis Engage with end users for feedback and sharing updates Co-ordinate with internal departments – Technology, Design and Business Development Project Design (User Interface) and Quality Review Track various metrics through Analysis, related to user behaviour and conversions and manage changes as required End to end delivery, maintenance, tracking effectiveness/success metrics and evolution of the Product through various upgrades Education: Preferably a bachelors or higher degree in Engineering/ Computer Science 2 – Product Test Engineer (2 Positions) 2-4 years of experience in QA/ Testing of complex web/ mobile applications Ensure the quality bar of our product stays high always even as changes are introduced into the system by continuously monitoring defects Define the quality criteria, test cases for the product and execute these tests on the product Ensure new releases do not introduce regressions and also the new features work as specified Understand the impact of changes on users and the product, prioritize defects by their impact on quality of the product Experience with test automation and automated scripting technologies Experience in system, integration, and regression testing with black-box, white-box, and exploratory testing techniques Education: Preferably a bachelors or higher degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ related field 3 – Software Developer (1 Position) 1-3 years of experience Web/ Mobile Application development Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, Oracle 11g/SQL Server/ MySQL database, jQuery, AJAX Working knowledge of MVC will be a big plus Working knowledge of Android/iOS Mobile Application Development will be a big plus Working knowledge of PHP/ Python will be a plus Education: Preferably a bachelors or higher degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ related field 4 – User Experience Architect/ Web Design Head (1 Position) 8-10 years of experience in Web Design and Development Experience with practising web usability principles making the product more intuitive and easy to use Evaluate user interfaces and implement improvements in the user experience by applying principles of user-centred design that focus on the people who use the product Act as an analyst to conduct usability studies, present findings and recommendations in a usability plan that drives future design improvements Take into account best practises around making site content search engine friendly For a product in development, develop a user story through task analysis, process mapping and user input. Based on that story, personal expertise and industry trends, create interface design standards to ensure a consistent look and feel, construct wire frames to convey the design concept and develop prototypes to demonstrate the “fully cooked” interface design Create and maintain website content to ensure it is customer focused using CMS Work with designers and coders to ensure that front-end requirements are completed with each project release Review and maintain business requirements documents with the Technology team Demonstrate interface design, information architecture and visual design with hands on design tools like Visio/Photoshop Utilize Web Analytics and other Web Technologies to analyse usage of features and pages, and make changes as appropriate Working knowledge of developing applications/ sites using HTML5 and Responsive web design will be a big plus Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate 5 – Web Designer/Developer (1 Position) 3-5 years of experience in designing professional Websites/ Web/ Mobile Applications Expert in CSS, jQuery and JavaScript Expert in using Dreamweaver and Photoshop or similar software to design and build Logos, Layouts, Banners, Templates and Applications Working knowledge of HTML5 will be a big plus Working knowledge of Flash will be a plus Working knowledge of a Virtual Tour software will be a plus Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate 6 – Junior Accountant (1 Position) 1-3 years of experience in maintaining accounts Working knowledge of Busy or similar ERP Exposure to Chemicals Manufacturing IT / ITES sector will be an added advantageWorking knowledge of HTML5 will be a big plus Experience in Invoicing/ Billing/ Purchase Orders, PF, ESI, Payroll, Excise Duty Returns, TDS, Service Tax, Sales Tax, VAT, Income Tax, Cash Handling Perform daily accounting functions including journal entries and month end close work Education: Bachelors/ Masters in Commerce or similar 7 – Financial/ Senior Accountant (1 Position) 3-5 years of experience post CA qualification Exposure to Chemicals Manufacturing IT / ITES sector will be an added advantage Knowledge of handling Excise Duty Returns, TDS, Service Tax, Sales tax, VAT, Income tax, maintain party accounting, Salary Processing, Bank Reconciliations (BRS) Primary Responsibility is to prepare Financial Statements and supporting schedules according to Monthly Closing Schedule Analyse Revenues, Commissions and Expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis Assist with Analysing Financial Statements on a monthly basis and report on Variances Assist with Financial and Tax Audits Assist with Preparing Tax Returns and Corporate Reporting Requirements Assist with managing commissions Analyse and correct Discrepancies Assist in Documentation and Monitoring of Internal Controls Education: Chartered Accountant 8 – HR Manager (1 Position) Head the Department of HR & Administration with overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the organization Translate the organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy and providing leadership for HR management related learning and development Develop and implementing organization development strategies in alignment with organizational goals Formulate company profile, represent organization at important Sales/ PR events Manage general HR practices such as executing policies, recruitment, staffing, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits, and administration Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, welfare employee services and counselling Manage labour law and other regulatory policy compliances Manage and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings
