Carley Barlow wrote saying: My neighbors daughter had to move in with her this spring she has a beautiful Boxer about 2 years old she said that it had lived in the house with them and her mom would not allow the dog to stay in side it is now tied to a tree and has a plastic house that he keeps turned over so he has no shelter the daughter has moved out and her dog is still tied to the tree. He is a good dog but needs a new home and not tied all winter to a tree. Can anyone help? Does anyone have room.. Any rescues that might could help??
