Carol Ann LaCroix Carol Ann LaCroix, 76, of Muscle Shoals, passed away Sept. 27, 2014. Visitation will be Monday, Sept. 29, from 10-11 a.m., at Colbert Memorial Chapel. Funeral services to begin Monday at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Burial to follow in Colbert Memorial Gardens. Brother Wes Anderson is officiating. She was preceded in death by her parents, Merle Owen and Marjorie Mrytle Rider. She is survived by her husband, Richard LaCroix; sons, Ray Chambers, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Jay Chambers, of Hudson, Michigan; daughter, Marjorie Prezioso, of Chicago, Illinois; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Carol was an avid freelance author with four published books and a member of Shoals Church of the Nazarene. She loved her church family dearly. Pallbearers will be her family and friends.
