Casey Adams of Sugarland, Texas is a self-proclaimed poster boy of obesity. In fact, if Casey isn’t eating as you read this, then he can only be asleep. Thoughts of food and eating dominate his day. And he thoroughly enjoys it. For Casey, eating is the ultimate fix. Yes, he knows it’s just a matter of time before his body gives in. But according to Casey, you only live once. And since his lust for pleasure is greater than his pain of being heavy, there isn’t much anyone can do for him at this time. By now you have figured out that losing weight is not simply a matter of choosing a diet to go on. And you don’t need someone telling you that without will power and discipline, no diet is going to work for you. What if there was a diet that really didn’t depend on your cooperation? A diet that isn’t really a diet. One where you could continue to relish in the delicious pastries and artery killing burgers. Such a diet exists. It’s called the Fantasy Diet, and it exists in the mind only. It’s very similar to the Fantasy Gun. A gun you can load and shot yourself in the head, but you won’t be injured.
