Caspian Five (Russia, Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan) have achieved significant progress during the talks on the settlement of the Caspian Sea status, Russian Foreign Minister said on Tuesday, RIA reports. Five Caspian Sea littoral states - Russia, Iran, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan - bear responsibility for the security in the Caspian Sea region but cooperation with third parties is possible, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
