Caspian is doing better with the noises outside: birds, kids, dogs barking. I found the flirt pole and began to play with him while these things were going on. He LOVES this item. I have to hide it where he doesnt know where it is because he loves it so much- he becomes obsessed! So outside is better. But in the house, ( I live on the main floor with backyard and have an a upstairs and downstairs neighbor.), he is terrible when my neighbors are doing things in the front yard. My bedroom window has window film on them that dont allow vision in or out, and curtains dont do anything. My mom doesnt want the window film for the living room. My neighbor washes his car a couple if times a week and has his truck parked outside my bedroom. Caspian barks, hackles raised, panting, racing back and forth, he is inconsolable. Nothing gets his attention. How can I stop this?
