Casting couch#selection of female players existing in India#more than SriLanka#In Indian sports females r more insecure than Other countries.Their casting couch start@very beginning from Distt-state-national-International level. ..everywhere she hs found almost in harassment chains .Our almost undemocratic National Sports Federations converted in dictators .The most gray areas are Team games.This is more dangerous than corruption. .so many girls quite from d sports forever. ..Our system seems different but practically working differentially. ##KATHANI &KARNI ME RAT V DIN JAISA ANTER HAI### Just because of almost federations occupied by dictators, with some of them womanizers? ???.. We want separate Womens national sports federations specially for team events..Female coaches-physiotherapists. Most important ##their separate residential arrangements.So many times I have recommended for the same. But##VAHI HOTA HAI DHAK KE TEEN PAT##.Our scientific development seems - totally failed to improve medals#if we dont remove this horrible ghost(casting couch) from womens sports events. WE ARE HOPEFUL--HAMARE BHI ACHHE DIN AAYENGE Behind every sports women success story their were almost stood behind them, their own families-wheather Husband, Father or nearest well wishers. .Nobody questioning these federations? ??.They became powerful.Almost powerful politicians, baurocrates occupied, Their is no oppositions criticism because here all parties became -Bhai-Bhai (mosare bhi) Nobody hv gone behind this emerging scenario? A MAHBUBA CULTURE HAVE DEVELOPED IN INDIAN SPORTS IN STEAD OF MERITORIOUS SELECTION?? Why their own families come forward to protect&enhancing their sports carrier ? Why they r not secure? If anyone raise question #she forcefully thrown outside forever? ?? All doors will close forever and ever? THINK ABOUT THESE QUESTIONS. ...?? We should fight for sports womens rights...
