Castletown Ballyagran G.A.A. Notes Well done to Camogie Under 16’s Well done to our CTB Club Camogie Under 16’s plus their management team who won the County ‘A’ Championship last week. Great news. Important CTB GAA Club ~ Field Development Association Meeting We are holding another important CTB GAA Club ~ Field Development Association (FDA) meeting on Monday Evening ~ 7th October ’13 at 8.00 p.m. in the new club house. We need to continue to review status / progress / lessons learnt for the last year and then especially review all club finances / fund raising plans / any other business for this coming year. It is imperative / mandatory that all committee members attend from FDA / plus members from ALL sub committees, complete with up to date relevant data for discussion. Any issues please contact myself ~ FDA Treasurer ~ Tony Dillon on 087 1267 131 (M) immediately. Come on the Dubs! Well done to Dublin as they lifted Sam in an interesting, hard fought but not a classic final. Equally here’s really hoping Mayo will be back to lift Sam next year, of course depending on their opponents!. And well done to Mayo Minor team and no doubt at least still celebrating their Minor Football Final win and plenty of good footballers coming through their system which will help their bigger cause in a few years time. Limerick Development Draw The Limerick Development Draw is progressing well and can I urge anyone still interested in joining this draw please contact Seanie Gilbert on 087 6666 303 (M) as soon as possible. Finally do appreciate all those who continue to support this draw and CTB GAA Club also benefit from some of the revenue generated from this draw. Supporting the Lotto The Weekly lotto amount is now €5,700 this week, which is rising again, so appreciate can everyone continue to buy lotto tickets, and best of luck to all who buy a ticket(s) and also especially help support our club. Sincere Sympathies My honest apologies as I sent out some incorrect information last week, as our CTB GAA Club wish to extend sincere sympathies to Mary Feehan (and her husband Denis Feehan and their son Sean Feehan) on the sad loss of her mother Ellen (Nel) O’Flaherty (Liscarroll). May she rest in peace Amen. Also again on behalf of our CTB GAA Club we extend sincere sympathies to Kathleen Fitzgerald, and her husband Pat and family, relations, friends on the sad loss of her father Patrick ‘Packy’ Lynch (Athlacca). May he rest in peace Amen.
