“Category Marketing Manager” is urgently needed for a big International Manufacturing Company located in Giza:: Duties: • Manage all aspects of assigned brands ensuring that product availability, profitability, customer loyalty are achieved in line with Company marketing targets and objectives. • Manage the analysis of product costs in liaison with Finance and market / competitor pricing patterns and recommend a competitive product pricing framework that supports the company in the achievement of its revenue targets and objectives. • Liaise with Communications and Branding to establish a strong product brand including messages and look that is clearly implemented throughout The Company. • Conduct a detailed analysis of product profitability and present findings and recommendations for improvement. • Foster and manage relationships with market research agencies to ensure that high quality service is received within set costs. • Act as the focal point between company and partners and ensure that all communications and activities between both parties are effected in a timely and efficient manner. • Continuously research the market to identify new products competing with company products and recommend the introduction of new products or modification to existing products to ensure that company brands are continuously competitive. • Will be responsible for the Digital marketing planning & implementation • Identifies, establishes, designs and shares best practices in industry marketing. • Develop client category charter, baseline, and market intelligence documents, overarching sourcing strategy and category management approach. • Provide the director and team leaders assistance in developing fact and consumer based selling stories on new items, promotional planning, fix the mix opportunities, shelving optimization, and pricing initiatives. Ensure complete proper launch for new innovations, including the story to tell, communication 360 degree launch campaign • Lead the efforts in improving the Team’s fact-based selling skills by providing category data and insights development across the sales team with an emphasis on the integration of shopper analysis.
