Catering Assistants | FIFO roles - Darwin Working in a high volume kitchen/dining room in remote locations, you will work both front and back of house being responsible for basic food preparation, food service, cleanliness and set up of the dining room. About You You will be able to multi-task and enjoy both front and back of house operations. You will have previous experience in a high volume or bulk production kitchen and the ability to interact with people from diverse cultures.
