Caveat Emptor Dont know who may be thinking about changing mobile providers anytime soon but I thought Id post my recent experience with CREDOMOBILE. Ive had a family plan with CREDO for about 10 years. I always liked the company because they donate a percentage of their profits to progressive social organizations. Yesterday I was out of town at a conference, Austin Quast, also on my plan, was away in TX, and Molly Quast was at home when our phone service was cut off without any warning. Talk about feeling stranded!! I called CREDO to find out what was up and they said wed failed to return a phone that had malfunctioned and had been replaced. I knew they received it because I had an email telling me that it was resolved. Customer service wouldnt listen and didnt care. They said I needed to pay for the missing phone before they would turn my service back on. Man I felt betrayed by this company Id been a loyal (and prompt paying) customer of for 10 years. As of 10 pm last night, Im a Verizon customer. Just sayin..... Now on to LinkedIn and Angies List
