Celebrating Charlie McMilin, also know as Rhys McMilin. I have had the pleasure of knowing Charlie as a respected colleague and dear friend for over a decade. This guy has an extraordinary intellect and ability to find, share, and use vast amounts of information regarding human physiology. He is fiercely committed to using research to reshape the way personal trainers apply force to the human body. He is also a phenomenal teacher, using practical examples the help his students navigate the complexity of the human bodys responses to exercise. Charlie has helped me be accountable for the hypotheses that I put forward. His pursuit of understanding and excellence have helped bring out the best in me and I am sure that many others can identify with that. Thank you for bringing out the best in all of us, Charlie. You are a wonderful man, Charlie. Help me celebrate this brother!
