Celebrating doesnt have to include sugar to still be enjoyable and tasty too! Meet Chelseas homemade chia pudding: 1/2 cup chia seeds 1 can coconut milk (full of great fats!) 1/2 can water 2 mashed bananas (or berries if youd prefer) cinnamon and a few drops of vanilla Stir up together and let sit in the fridge for about 30 mins until you get a thick pudding like texture. Grab and spoon and enjoy!!! **Dont be afraid to get creative here too!!! Chia seeds will absorb whatever liquid theyre surrounded with so use almond milk, soymilk... whatever you please! You can also add shredded coconut, chopped almonds, raisins, diced strawberries, blueberries.. the list could go on forever and ever so get creative and feel good about choosing YOU! **
