Celebrating the life and work of Efua Dorkenoo- OBE, Advocacy Director for Equality Now and a founder of the Foundation for Women’s Health, Research and Development (FORWARD). We will NOT FORGET her GREAT contributions towards upholding girls and womens dignity and human rights by advocating for the end of the cultural practice of female genital mutilation (FGM), a human rights violation. Our deep condolences go to her family and the Equality Now family. May her soul rest in eternal peace!
