Center Referees and Judges are the authorities responsible for officiating a ring by enforcing the rules and making decisions from a neutral point of view. Rulings and scores should not be based on a “who you know “ “who you like” or “what style you like” but must be based on rules and criteria’ s set forth, to make competition a challenging, positive and encouraging experience for competitors, instructors and parents alike.
