Centrelink...you bunch of idiots...send me a txt reminding me I have an appt today....yeah right ok...what about the first notification of an appt coming up...that would have been helpful....Ok so I gets onto the phone to them....delay of over 20mins...choose the call-back option....Get a call-back, go through all the rigmarole of names and password and speaking numbers and answering questions etc...putting you through now....waiting, waiting....CSO answers call....umm hello....helloo.....who the hell are u talking to about bloody passwords...hellooo Im here listening to u twats carry on like idiots whinging about some other customers passwords or lack of....oh and than thank you for hanging up on me!!!!! So then, during all this I check my online Centrelink account....you have no appointments recorded with Centrelink for last 90 days or in the future Good to see you still have monkeys working for you!!! So now do I call them again...or wait for another phone call that I prolly wont get???
