Cest vendredi. 5/5 pour moi cette semaine. Bonne entree en matiere. Mes epaules me demandent un petit break, mais cest de la bonne fatigue... :) Au programme du jour : Warmup mobility. Pour le WOD (voir ci dessous) et on a fini, a la demande generale, par un Tabata de sit up. Todays WOD was in Team of 2. One is running 200m while the other is doing the work. We alternate. There is always one running and one working (not that running is not working but you got the point...). 100 Wall Balls (9kg) 100 Power Clean (40kg) 100 Push Ups (again...) 100 KB swings (24kg) 100 Pull Ups 200 Double Under. Time cap 25. With my teammates we managed to get to 16 pull-ups.
