Ch Supt Iain Murray, head of road policing, said officers would be deployed where they were needed. He said: Road policing will continue to provide specialist support across Strathglasgow and this will include patrols in the north, east and west of the city. Ah, so the thin edge of the wedge Mr Houses regime drove in whilst he was boss in Strathclyde, and which was driven in further when he took over the Country... has been driven in even further.
