Cha Shi, The Emporio, Delhi. Right off the bat, the food here is very good. Set in the atrium of the luxury mall you could dismiss it thinking it is a fast food sort of place except it isnt. There were three of us and everything we ordered was top notch. Like everything. I had the snow pea and enoki salad with a sesame dressing and it was refreshing. Besides being super yum. My colleagues had sushi and a soba noodle dish. And both were happy campers. I had the Malaysian chicken curry with steamed rice. Excellent stuff, a wee bit under salted. That was easily fixed. We all shared a dessert. A chocolate caramel pastry of sorts. Was pretty good but caramel is always good, isnt it. Cha Shi is a solid no nonsense, comfort food establishment. I will be back as said Arnold.
