Challenge to Obamas claim of Natural Born Citizen Status: OCT. 3, 2014 - PRESS RELEASE from JediPauly For the first time in 6 years since the election and inauguration of Barack Obama, a governmental authority in the U.K. has determined that Obama does not meet the natural born Citizen requirements and is thus not eligible to President of the United States. A Mr. Paul Guthrie, who is a natural born Citizen of the United States, sued Mr. Obama and the United States of America in January of 2013, claiming that Mr. Obama is not eligible to be President of the United States. The first judge, a Jane Magnus-Stinson, misrepresented Guthrie’s suit and fraudulently dismissed Guthrie’s first attempt in U.S. federal court with prejudice, claiming that Guthrie’s lawsuit was without lawful authority and was frivolous and malicious. Realizing that Judge Stinson had misrepresented the record and the law and facts, Guthrie refiled his case in the same federal district court rather than go to an appeals court, and he then set a precedent because the second judge, a Sarah Evans Barker, overturned Judge Stinson and reinstated Guthrie’s right to sue Mr. Obama. However, Guthrie claims that although Judge Barker reversed the previous judge, her reasoning was flawed and indicated to Guthrie that there were no courts of competent jurisdiction in the U.S. who could hear his case. So Guthrie came to the U.K. to obtain a court of competent jurisdiction with an impartial judge who is not in a financial and legal political conflict who could properly make a determination as to what the governing Law is. Mr. Guthrie informed the Border Immigration officials in the U.K. of his intentions and educated them as to the meaning and definition of natural born Citizen status. After reviewing his evidence, the U.K. Border Immigration officials agreed with Mr. Guthrie’s legal arguments, and they agreed to begin the political asylum process for Guthrie. Again, the U.K. Border Immigration authorities have determined that Mr. Obama is a “naturalized citizen” at birth, and not a “natural born Citizen” at birth, and thus is not eligible to be U.S. President.
