Challenging night, just returning home from an all nighter. The carbon monoxide detector at the cottage (missing a battery) did not detect a leak and carbon monoxide filled the cottage causing Shawna and a guest to pass out. Luckily, Davis and his friend were also there and were able to rescue the girls. On the way to Renfrew Hospital the neighbour was pulled over for speeding. Everyone is fine and recovering. I was pulled over coming home in the middle of the night and was told to empty the truck of two passengers, as I was trying to get everyone home in one load. Nobody had shoes, just hospital booties. Then Davis and his friend (the two extra passengers) were stopped by yet another cruiser while standing by the side of the road waiting for my return because they looked suspicious...Whew, now to work all day...
