Not coincidentally, they were two teams who didnt have their No. 1 quarterbacks for the division semifinal games. In Regina, Roughriders head coach Corey Chamblin faced the media on Tuesday and said his team did pretty well, all things considered. The defending champs finished with a 10-8 record and fell in the West semifinal without their injured starting quarterback, Darian Durant. “Im pleased,” Chamblin said. “I think this was enough for what was in that room, with all the change we had last year. Any time you win a Grey Cup, the good thing about it is you won that year, but youre probably setting yourself up to lose the next year because of the timing of doing a lot of things. So we have time now to set ourselves up for 2015.”
