Change is inevitable may it be positive or negative. For the third time our institution goes to the ballot. Its up to us to choose the best out of a pool of very good and able candidates. One such contender is AYUSA KEVIN. He is offering himself as a servant leader in the very competitive and congested SECRETARY ACADEMIC AFFAIRS seat. Before I ask you to vote him in I would humbly like you to read his simple plan for the institution:- 1.) MMU ALUMNI Association- this is an association based on all the past students at the institution. This he is going to set up via opening of a website that will call for registration for all former students. They will then have an office in which students seeking internships can go visit and send in their application in order to get internship relevant to your course and without much hustle. The Alumni can also sponsor the financially challenged students in session via opening of a kitty for students welfare of which will ensure that a majority of students stay in school throughout. 2.) The Industrial collaboration office- this will serve to attract investors to the institution of whom may decide to build us more classes, hostels, include ATMs, and also even bring about the construction of a new and high capacity pavillion. This office will also help to get students attachments and even leading to employment of outstanding students. 3.) Push for the administration to adopt Safaricom wireless services that will lead to fast effective and efficient internet provision throughout the campus premises. 4.) Scholarships for achieving students and even sports men so that they can work even harder to fly the MMU flag high of which will market the institution. 5.) Advocate for a work study plan that is compatible to the students course. ALL these and much more in his 13 point manifesto. They are all highly attainable and very realistic. Al of them will see a student see value for his money. So before you hull insults at any candidate see what he/she has to offer and see how achievable they are. Vote for the best and the best is AYUSA KEVIN for SECRETARY ACADEMIC AFFAIRS.
