Changes Made to Cow Drawings at Dixon Cow Days Fall Festival According to Rhonda Maddox, Dixon chamber of Commerce President, the drawings for the cows at this years Cow Days Fall Festival will be reduced to two cows in the three drawings. The Free Merchant Cow will still be given away in the final drawing on Saturday evening, but in the other two raffle drawings on Friday evening and Saturday afternoon there will be one cow and $600 cash prize given away. At Fridays drawing, the winner will be given the choice of a cow or $600. If they choose the cow, then the drawing on Saturday afternoon will be for $600 only. But, if Fridays winner chooses the cash, the the Saturday afternoon winner will have a choice of a cow or the cash.
