Changi Village is one of those places where you think time has stood still. Its proximity to the airport means that the old HDB flats here are all low rised. Seems like lift upgrading hasnt caught on here yet either. Other than the famed nasi lemak stalls, this place also houses a gem of a cze cha seafood restaurant. I dont seem to see many write ups on this place, but on my various visits, I notice quite a few of their well heeled patrons bringing Cru level Burgundies to accompany their dinner.
