Character Sketch Title: Confessions of a Closet Kikay Major Characters: 1. Abigale Fernandez- a production assistant (freelance) , major in communication arts, Wants a career in production, freelances in theatres and television. 2. Jared Montenegro- up and coming drama prince on television, Abby’s classmate in grade four. They see each other at the theater when Marc has a musical production of West Side Story 3. Adelle Avellana- drama princess who makes sure Ana’s life is hell in “West Side Story” Minor characters 4.. Tita Marcy – Ana’s aunt, who comes home to take care of her when her mom died. 5..Jonah-floor diector-Ana’s bestfriend, closet queen, who knows all her secrets 6. Issah- costume mistress,marries rich but bored so she makes herself busy in television 7. Chard- tall,quiet funny, Allysa’s nephew, wants to become a director. Works as a lights and sounds designer, has a thing for anna 8. Shandy Protacio- Director Plot Her mom commited suicide. Her boyfriend cheated on her with her bestfriend. She will go to Singapore as a P.A. for a Filipino production in Universal Studios. After graduation, Abby decided to work parttime as a P.A. She liked her new world, where she can disappear for a while, after becoming University queen. When her mom died, she got lost, and decided to take it easy for a while. She couldn’t stand her old friends who were plastic and obviously like her for her standing in her school. As a production assistant , she became anonymous and found true friends who likes her for who she is. She was beginning to have friends, becomes a new person, has a new life, her carrer nos so great but she secretly pursues her first love, designing clothes.Then her world stumbles as she meets a crush in her elementary. Jared, her escort once upon a time. Abby is low profile. She dresses in jeans and big tees, and old sneakers. Opening Lines /Hook Abby is burning all her things. Dramatic Conclusion “Whoever i was” now she thinks of herself in the past tense. Reinventing herself You’re fired. That’s what kept repeating in my mind. For the last year I have had so many jobs. Revenge. I would kill her cat. Iwould steal her boyfriend. I would bully her on facebook. Of course these things just gets around my head to stew, then after a couple of hours I would forgive her because I sincerely believe in karma and i wouldn’t really want to be the recipient of a cosmic retribution/ It started with a bet. My friend Jessie made a bet with me that if her boyfriend contacted her which I totally disbelieved I would have to do something which I totally hate. My mom always told me never to gamble. And I never listen. For a day I had to wear fuschia and hot pink. I had to wear nail polish. I think my life is over. Character Im a P.A. (Production Assistant) Tall,slim,pouty wide lips, square face. Became a costume mistress, a P.A., Then became a model for a day Brainstorming “ Yes, you get everything you want, but it must be very hard to wake up everyday to find that you are not happy. “ Even if at the flick of your finger you can do and buy anything. Unlike me, I love being alive. It must be very boring to get everything you want. Somebody asked me once what was it that I would change if had the chance? Seriously? I would change my name. My name is as boring as my life. I would like a name like And then the gifts came. I wanted life in my life but books in my mail? If these were from my favourite uncle who lives in ... I would really do the jig, but seeing that they came from my anonymous donor, I stuck them inside a box, lugged them down the basement and hoped Abby will meet a girl . She will draw her out.
