Charge of Uttering Threats dropped today. Five criminal charges have been dropped since my probation ended Nov 16th 2009, two in 2013. This means going to the courthouse each week to sign bail paper. No freedom here. Yes charged, bail 2011, dropped. 2012 bailed several months again, charge dropped and 2013 charged, bailed charge dropped, only to have them charge me again going right to trial only to be acquitted. Once again in 2014 was charged and then bailed several months only to have the charge dropped! I really saw the total breakdown and corruption of the legal system. Winning so many criminal cases over a three year period, being victim of several violent crimes and then bringing those responsible of those crimes to court to face justice should give me quite a bit of validity now. It is a responsibility I dont take lightly. Time for some assholes out there to back off now!
