Charitable Child is currently working on project to educate our kids about water access issues and to raise money to build a well in South Sudan. We are holding a Walk for Water on August 16th at the Woodlake Pavilion. The Woodlake Swim & Racquet Club is a co-sponsor of this event. As part of the fundraiser we will be walking 4 miles while carrying water to get an idea of what a typical day is like for many women and children in developing countries and we will also be taking a water awareness challenge where were will track our water consumption for 10 days and try to limit our water usage.
