Charles had to do this, and I didnt like it. I want my child to be more of a Renaissance man and dip into everything he can in HS so his experience is broader and he can make a more informed decision later in life. I really HATE this! Again, his electives are basically chosen for him. I remember the idiot counselor in my HS who tried to limit me, and I didnt listen to her at all, and I am so glad I didnt. Even though I didnt end up going into certain fields, I feel like I have a better education having taking classes from science, fine arts, math and literature. I dont think students should be limited.
