Charlie Christian, one of the pioneers of electric guitar and probably one of the most influential guitarists ever. He pulled the guitar out of the rhythm section and into the forefront as a solo instrument, having a huge impact people like Wes Montgomery, George Benson, Grant Green to Jimi Hendrix and BB king. Theres plenty to be inspired from in this short recording, be it hes sense of time, melodic flow or his smart attire in the photos. If you wanna have an idea of where the guitar started to develop as a solo instrument (in jazz especially), this wouldnt be a bad place to start. May the force be with you x
