Guarantee justice for conflict-era victims. Then move forward on improving education and health care. Create a business environment that is friendly to entrepreneurs and foreign investment. Consider that the legacy of any great leader should be more than political maneuvering. This is Nepal’s moment to secure the rewards of peace and democracy for all; don’t let this critical moment be squandered.
