Check out the document and let me know if I need to add anything. Sue and I would like to extend a hearty invitation to all the family for the annual Hubbert Reunion, or my new nickname: Hubbert River Reunion Rumble!. We are both looking forward to getting the family together and are hoping on the more the merrier. We are located on the beautiful Muskegon River so bring the swim suits and you are more than welcome to come early or stay late to enjoy our backyard!! We have plenty of room for a dozen or more RVs (dry camping). Were also surrounded by camp grounds with full service RV hookups if needed. The small town of Evart has only one hotel (listed below), yet we are close striking distance to Big Rapids and Cadillac (both about twenty minutes away). If you are planning to arrive by air the best bet would be either Cherry Capital in Traverse City (my favorite) or Gerald Ford in Grand Rapids. Both are identical drive times to the house but less traffic from the north. For the long distance travelers and are planning on enjoying this beautiful state of Michigan contact Sue or I for recommended activities, too much list in this letter. We would also like to get a rough attendance count if possible. Ordering t-shirts. Also, please pass this letter on to family members that are not on the world wide web. When: July 24, 25, 26. Where: Hubbert homestead: 4400 Blue Vista Drive Reed City, Mich. 49637 Contact: Home 231-287-4626 Cell 360-600-9589 Lodging: Evart Osceola Grand Hotel 231-7340470 Big Rapids Holiday Inn 800-345-8082 Quality Inn 231-592-5150 Cadillac Days Inn 800-329-1073 Holiday Inn Express 231-779-4656 Hampton Inn 231-779-4656 Camping: As stated above I count at least 7 campgrounds within 30 minutes from home. As for the Moose members out there we have a pretty nice campground five miles away. All these campgrounds are on the river. Directions: US 10 is the east west road across the middle of Michigan which goes right through Evart. From the only stop light in the center of Evart. South on Main Street 0.5 miles. You will cross the river bridge and immediately after the bridge go right on River Road. This road will have quite few twists and turns as it follows the river for 3.5 miles. 4 mile road curves off River Road for 0.3 miles. Once you are on 4 Mile road Blue Vista Drive (dirt road) will sneak up on your right. Follow Blue Vista Drive 0.5 miles and the party is on the left.
