Mon/Wed/Fri: Powerflow 930am-1030am Hot Yoga Foundation: 5:30pm-7pm Gentle Flow 7:30pm-8:30pm Tues: Hot Yoga Foundation: 930am-1030am Powerflow 5:30pm-6:30pm Gentle Flow 7pm-8pm Thurs: Powerflow 5:30pm-6:30pm Gentle Flow 7pm-8pm Saturday: Hot 26 (True Bikram series) 4pm-5:30pm Sunday: Powerflow 4pm-5pm The studio will be open half hour before and after each class to allow to get ready for class and check out the cool retail items, but will be locked as soon as class starts. Morning classes can be pretty scarce, so they will be scheduled tentatively until the new year to see how it goes. Nutrition consults and yoga therapy will be by appointment only. FYI: Flooring is raw cork, so shoes will never be permitted in the studio.
