We pride our selves on this type of customer service, so its nice to get comments like this once in awhile affirming you, the customer, is paying attention :) Once again I just wanted to thank you so much for going above and beyond by putting this Excel analysis together…and SO quickly! You may think it is a part of your job, but really I have worked with so many companies in the past and you have no idea how often I would have to literally pull teeth to get quotes or info on products that I was interested in. That always boggled my mind. Nevertheless, you continue to blow my mind by your efficiency and commitment to genuine customer service! ;-) I really do hope your boss is aware he’s lucky to have you as an employee! I am impressed by your pricing (another one of your employees suggested Lykki can reduce our costs and he WAS right!)…you guys really stand by your cost savings. I totally enjoy working with you!
