I am excited to announce a call for abstracts for The Midwest Membrane Trafficking and Signaling Symposium to be held October 3, 2014 at the University of Louisville, sponsored by the American Society for Cell Biology (ASCB). I am co-organizing this symposium and we are looking forward to hosting some of the premier scientists in Membrane Signaling including the Keynote speaker for the event, Dr. Robert Coffey of Vanderbilt University. We are approaching the deadline for abstracts for poster presentations, and have a few slots remaining for posters. The event is free of charge (including a light breakfast and lunch).
