***Cheesy, grateful status alert *** Thank you for all your support and private messages about the recent manly comments. Everyone is entitled to their opinion for sure, I think it was just the level of negativity and the slur on 10 weeks of heart wrenching and soul stretching work. Plus how far I had to step outside my comfort zone to get in those shoes and strut on stage. Ive really struggled since the comp to get back on track with my nutrition. Just ask my housie. Ive been embarrassed, a little ashamed and felt a bit of a fraud to my clients. But it has made me understand again that it is not easy to keep being consistent. And that you need a strong why. To drive you when its tough, step by tiny step or leap by leap. My why is to be the best version of me for my family, friends and for me and my business. Even for my new little man Dale. And my amazing clients they made the decision to change and today I have again. Maybe to even inspire a few people along the way. That means looking after myself first, eating well and training hard. That I know is the best of me. So food plan made for the week. Im doing a 14 day sugar detox with a friend to keep me accountable. And training mojo is coming back today with a max out session which I always love. The plan is to get back to my first love my lifting, hit some PBs and comps (first one in 5 weeks). Then think about figure modelling next year, based on feedback about my symmetry and proportion of upper and lower body likely to BNBF which is pretty exciting. Today I just decided ... Im back and I can turn my mojo back on. But it also thanks in a large part to you guys. Great to be back.
