Cheryl created these arrangements this morning and we delivered and set them up for the client this afternoon. The large containers are 18 x 18 and are fiberglass/resin. The materials used are White Pine, Fir, cattails, red twig dogwood, corkscrew willow, seeded eucalyptus and the red berries are Winterberry (deciduous Holly, very costly) but lasts all winter. The column planters are actually 16 diameter wire baskets with coco hull inserts. They are full of annuals in the summer. In late fall we remove the baskets, they twist off of the 30 column base. Then we create the arrangements inside along with the large containers and transport them to our clients home in our 24 enclosed trailer. The column planters are created using the same plant materials with the addition of a 9 artificial garland which we wrap around the basket and then around the column and secure the base of the garland to the column with a wire tie. If weather cooperates this week we should be able to finish cutting back the multiple gardens we didnt get to prior to the cold and snow and finish up making multiple, fresh 4 wreathes and installing thousands of LED lights and ornaments.
