Chicago... Round 2. I gotta say, Im a bit excited for this seminar-- more thank I have been in a long time. Why? Throughout history my profession has taken a beating from the medical profession, and like racism, still happens but on an individual (not as much systematic) level as patients we share with SOME of (not all of) our medical counterparts are discouraged daily, sometimes bullied into discontinuing care with us. This weekend I get to see the latest scientific research being presented that shows how what we do STRUCTURALLY for our patients has a GLOBAL EFFECT on health. Not just a bad back which is what most people think we do. If you dont have a solid structural foundation with all your spinal joints moving properly-- then neurologically, your body is pushed into an ADAPTIVE state, and your stress response fires uncontrollably and unconsciously, leaving a whole host of health problems most are just covering up with medication, acupuncture, and other body therapies. Chiropractors have been labelled as quacks for mentioning they can help sick people get well... And accused of not being evidence based. Its not true. The studies presented will be part of a chapter in my upcoming book on how to heal body and mind-- and transform life. Many of you reading this have no clue that the things you have been suffering with are the effect of improper neurological function from spinal stress. Get checked. Stoked.
