Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharifs message to the Nation August is always considered as a month of solidarity. Like all sovereign nations, Pakistanis also renew their faith in our beloved country during this month. After celebrating a peaceful Eid after a long time, Pakistani nation expected to celebrate an Independence Day with peace and unity. But there are some people who are bent on ruining the sanctity of this month as well and want to divide this nation for their personal interests. These people should know that turning such peaceful days into violent events does not fit the credentials of patriotism. In fact it is equivalent to toeing the enemies’ agenda. Therefore, I appeal before you all to stand united in this hour of crises and do not let these people destroy your unity at this critical juncture. I would especially advise the youth to understand its responsibility towards the nation and stay away from such negative activities. Let us all work together for the progress of the country with national unity and passion for this beloved Pakistan of ours. Mere slogans do not bring revolutions. Pakistan Zindabad!
