Childcare Worker Job Summary: Boone United Methodist Church Children’s Ministry is looking for individuals who love children and are experienced working with children ages infant through first grade. Job responsibilities include feeding, changing diapers, maintaining a safe environment, holding, sitting with, and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, songs, prayer, and play. Quarterly lesson plans will be provided by the director, for preschool and young elementary classrooms. Candidates selected should expect to arrive by 8:30am and remain until 12:30pm on Sunday mornings, attend required meetings and training sessions, and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
