Chile Cheese Ball 16 oz. cream cheese (softened) 2 1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 - 4 oz. can diced green chilies, drained 2 tsp chopped onions 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup chopped walnuts In food processor or large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese & shredded cheese. After cheese is blended, add the chilies, onions & Worcestershire sauce. Blend carefully to prevent damage to chilies. Chill for several hours. Divide in half & shape into 2 balls. Roll each ball in the nuts. Chill overnight. Serve with your favorite crackers.
