:) Chocolate Weetbix Slice Recipe INGREDIENTS: 180g butter 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup dessicated coconut 3 weetbix, crushed 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup cocoa METHOD: *Preheat oven to 180 C. *Melt butter and add vanilla. *Combine dry ingredients together in a bowl, pour in butter and mix well. *Press mixture into a lined slice pan *Bake at 180 C for 15-20 minutes until firm. *Allow to cool and then ice with chocolate icing and sprinkle with coconut or sprinkles. *Once icing is cool then cut into squares and store in an airtight container. This is so easy for the kids to make and for all to enjoy
