Then add, potatoes, Broth, Water, and carrots - simmer until white potatoes are soft and creamy, Then add kale and corn - simmer additional 7-10 minutes, remove from burner, add cream, salt and pepper. Im a potato soup fan. Especially when I need a little comfort food. I like to add Grass Fed Butter.
