Chowder Town *4 Large Spuds - Diced into 2 cm cubes *1 Can of Creamed Corn *1 Can normal Corn kenrals *50/50 veg/Chook Stock enough to cover potatoes *1 Brown Onion Diced * 3 Bay leaves * 4 Crushed Garlic Cloves *Olive oil -Chuck Garlic, olive oil into the pot simmer till onion soft -add spuds & stock bring to boil & bay leaves -when spuds slight soft -add both tins of corn simmer for another ten minutes -bang in as much salt and pepper as you like (i am a big fan of a bunch of pepper in this party)
