Chris Fenton finished 5th last night at Meridian having to drive from the tail of the field after missing qualifying as the crew needed to replace the clutch on his ride. Per the RMCS rule book, Fenton started scratch meaning he would not score any passing points but the rookie series driver did not let that get in the way of a great performance. Fenton was the top finishing rookie earning the A-1 Heating and Air Conditioning $100 bonus. Nice job Chris and crew!
