Chris (and anyone else that read the posts related to this) The other day you apparently began to judge me? based on my use of the word Epiphany I guess as though it meant I was trusting in a feeling rather than realizing an amazing DISCOVERY, as if I would add to the word of God, or create doctrine based on a feeling I suppose was your suspicion,... I suppose. Which really I find amazing given the entire context was me only saying I believe I have discovered that God hates people saying thus says the Lord... when it is only what a persons understanding is! (Im saying it can NEVER be trusted as ANYMORE that just a persons own understanding or else we ARE trusting in feelings or something other than the Bible) I think you might even have deleted my last post unless that was a facebook glitch? (because I have seen you do it several times before and my post was gone as far as I could tell ...plus my incoming chimed a few times that someone responded but when I got to the computer there was no indication...but still it could just be facebook?) Its YOUR facebook page of course and you can do that ...God only is our judge. Anyway as to the common use of the word epiphany which is the only way I was thinking of the word...that definition is below this first part which pertains to the Bible word strongs #2015 epiphaneia. The truth is, I did not even know of this Greek word when I used it, but it actually is where we get the word from to begin with!...I thought you might find all of this interesting, and I hope you would think better of my use of the word after you read it all and perhaps be less suspicious of its use in the future ...at least by me if I ever use it again in your company. 2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 1Ti 6:14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: 2Ti 1:10 But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel: 2Ti 4:1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 2Ti 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing . Tit 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; From Wikipedia dictionary An epiphany (from the ancient Greek ἐπιφάνεια, epiphaneia, manifestation, striking appearance) is an experience of sudden and striking realization. Generally the term is used to describe scientific breakthrough, religious or philosophical discoveries, but it can apply in any situation in which an enlightening realization allows a problem or situation to be understood from a new and deeper perspective. Epiphanies are studied by psychologists[1][2] and other scholars, particularly those attempting to study the process of innovation.[3][4][5] Epiphanies are relatively rare occurrences and generally follow a process of significant thought about a problem. Often they are triggered by a new and key piece of information, but importantly, a depth of prior knowledge is required to allow the leap of understanding.[3][4][6][7] Famous epiphanies include Archimedess discovery of a method to determine the density of an object (Eureka!) and Isaac Newtons realization that a falling apple and the orbiting moon are both pulled by the same force.[8][6][7]
