Chris will be up in Seattle this weekend teaching but the dynamic Sarah duo will be holding down the fort at Laughing Frog Yoga Friday evening with a class highlighting some of the training and details explored in the AY Solar Immersion which completed today. If you are looking to hone your fundamentals or wanted to go but was unable to attend nows your chance to get a bit of an insight into what happened. I hope you can come! Class is 7:30 PM and is followed by a jam until 10:30. This is a perfect class for you to attend if you are a beginner and was thinking about checking out acro at Laughing Frog Yoga for the first time. Hope you can come!
