Christ Family Devotional Guide by Ps. Bright. Theme: Just Trust the LORD! “In the LORD I put my trust; how can you say to my soul, “Flee as a bird to your mountain? Ps.11:1. A certain businessman, who feared to travel by flight, one day, has no option than to get on board. He got into the flight with the mind to control the pilot like his driver. To his surprise, he neither had access to the pilot nor control over him. The only option he had was to trust him for his destination. Beloved, once you get on board, just trust the pilot for your destination. Avoid pressure! Again, I say, avoid pressure! You are not the only one on board. Don’t die before your time. The world is full of the misty cloud and turbulence; you can’t do anything about it. Yours is to trust God for your destination (Heaven). God is the good Pilot. Get this, “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is He who is in you than He who is in the world. 1Jh. 4:4. The Psalmist did not understand how he could be under threat when his trust is in the LORD. He believed that the righteous cannot be chased like helpless bird while they continue to trust in the LORD. What can the devil do to you when your trust is 100% in the LORD? Certainly, nothing! Meditation: “What then shall we say to these things, if God be for us, who can be against us? Rom. 8:31. Declaration: Dear LORD, I (full name), I thank You for being the source of my protection. I refuse to be under any pressure of the world (mention the pressure), in Jesus Christ name. Amen! Prayer: Daddy LORD, may every storm that gives the above declarer pressure and restless come to an end today in Jesus Christ name. Amen!
