Christian Character:Genesis 37 speaks of a young man that is OBEDIENT and HUMBLE , the young man was Joseph. Joseph was highly favoured for his CHARACTER AND HIS FATHER MADE HIM A COAT OF MANY COLOURS . IN THE NEW TESTAMENT(GOSPELS) WE READ OF A SIMLAR STORY : JESUS WAS HUMBLE AND OBEDIENT AND HIS FATHER COVERED HIM WITH A GARMENT OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. QUESTION: HOW SHOULD THE CHARACTER OF A CHRISTIAN BE? ANSWER: HUMBLE AND OBEDIENT. 1Sa 15:22 22 And Samuel said, “Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in OBEYING the voice of the Lord? Behold, to OBEY is better than sacrifice, and to listen than the fat of rams. Isa 66:2 2 All these things my hand has made, and so all these things came to be, declares the Lord. But this is the one to whom I will look: he who is humble and contrite in spirit and trembles at my word. (ESV)
